Kelly Airpark is a private residential community located between Denver and
Colorado Springs, just West of Elbert, Colorado. We are outside
of both Denver Class B and Colorado Springs Class C airspace. Our primary runway
17/35 is paved and we have a gravel/turf crosswind runway 8/26.
Runway 8 is downhill and is not recommended for landing. The
unattended radio frequency is 123.05. Our on-field AWOS (Monument

The Black Forest Soaring
Society is also located on the airpark.
INTENSIVE GLIDER ACTIVITY at Kelly Airpark. All
traffic state intentions on CTAF 123.05 if radio equipped. All lot owners are required to brief invitees and guests of KAP
operating procedures.
Notice to Airmen - An FAA sanctioned Aerobatic Practice Box is located 3 Statute miles due east of KAP. Operations are 7 days a week during daylight hours. Additional information can be found here.
